The reception and other central facilities such as the sanitary facilities and the playground are located at the entrance of the camping site. You will immediately notice the beautiful view. There is a small restaurant at the reception with a large terrace, serving vegetarian and regional dishes. You can also buy fresh bread here in the mornings. The grounds are full of trees and bushes. The caravans and tents are situated on grass pitches. You will also find four safari tents on the grounds. There are two shower blocks, which include sanitary facilities for the disabled, a drying area and a baby room.

Fun for the children

The camping site is very popular with hikers and people looking for peace and quiet. Young families like to come here as well, because of facilities such as the playground, two trampolines, an adventure playground with a water play area and a paddling pond.

Harvest what you need from the herb and vegetable garden

The camping site is convivial and welcoming. There is a communal herb and vegetable garden, and games are available on loan at the small library. A small-scale entertainment programme is also available for all ages, and you can take part in organised day trips. For shopping and groceries, you can visit Ettelbruck which is accessible either on foot or by bus (the bus stops in front of the camping site).

Travelling party: Couple

Came here for 2 nights in April, good welcome on arrival with a cup of coffee, nice touch. Nice pitch, the site was nice and clean, new shower system was a bit awkward but seemed ok. Very steep walk or bike ride from the town to the site,

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

This campingsite is of good average northern european quality, no more no less.

Same quality or better can be found in Germany at half the price, and at ½ or 2/3 in Hollland and Belgium

Travelling party: Seniors

What a peach of a site, overlooking the town. On arrival a welcome cup of coffee supplied by staff. Plenty to do and see around the area. The staff were helpful and gave advice on where to go. Toilets and surrounding area on site were always clean and tidy. Worth another visit.

Travelling party: Couple

Large, terraced site with varying degrees of shade. Marked out grass pitches. Access OK for larger vans. 10 amp hook-up. Large toilet block with all facilities in bottom area of site, plus toilets, water, waste water disposal, laundry and dishwashing behind reception. Very good standard. English spoken.
Restaurant. WiFi near reception, reasonably priced. Very pleasant and helpful management. Many seasonal vans.
Good views, very quiet. Recommended.
Credit cards accepted but terminal inoperative at time of our visit.

Very helpful, hard-working and friendly staff. Pleasant walk into Ettlebruck along the well-kept path with interesting features. Bus from site to the train station starts 1st June, useful for the journey back to site. Frequent trains from Ettlebruck into Luxembourg city or to Clervaux.
