Excellent stay during Andre Reiu week 10-13 July 2014.
Site is clean and tidy, excellent toilets, showers, swimming pool and childrens area.
Lots of walks and cycling paths direct from camp including cycling to nearby Valkenburg not on main road.
5min walk up lane to bus stop and bus into Valkeburg (4 euro ret). Lots of places to visit in area.
Staff where great knowledge of area and there was a minibus to Maastrict to take you to the Andre Reiu concert. Will stay here again.

Selected the site to see Andre Rieu show. The owner put on a taxi for us to see the show in Maastricht well worth it. Maastricht is a great city to visit, bit expensive to park if you use the car. This is a great site to visit the area and Aachen. Good brewery near "Brand". Do not use sat nav; go via Valkenberg.

Travelling party: Couple

Wow! What a find! It's the beginning of November and the sun is splitting the sky as I look at the magnificent hues of Autumn from this wonderful camping. It is situated about 3 km from Valkenburg, in a village with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Oud Valkenburg, with its two castles, should not be missed on a visit to Valkenburg. Best way to visit is on foot or cycle. Valkenburg is fabulous with quaint streets, lined with bars, restaurants and shops and there's also the ruined castle on top of the hill and the Roman catacoumbs. On the site itself, the staff are very friendly and attentive, pitches are of a good size and quality. Sanitary facilities were heated and spotless. I checked out the facilities on site and there seemed to be plenty to keep children amused in Summer, including a pool. The site has its own bar/cafe, which serves meals in Summer. We will most definitely return.
