San Marino is a special holiday destination, because it is the oldest republic in the world (since 301 AD). Furthermore, it is a modern and prosperous country with beautiful nature and interesting historical sights. Camping Vacanze San Marino is situated on an open hill near the capital with the same name. The area is hilly and wooded and has a rich culture. To reach the campsite, you have to drive up the mountain over winding, but easily passable roads.

Friendly campsite

The shady campsite makes a well maintained and friendly impression and there is an attractive looking swimming pool. This is a very pleasant family camping. The camping pitches vary in size; you may, however, choose your own pitch. You can also rent a luxury glamping tent, or a standard tent, mobile home, room, studio or apartment. The campsite is frequented by a mixed public of young people, families and senior citizens. A number of people come here specifically to visit the town of San Marino.

Attractive swimming pool

The swimming pool is lovely and you can enjoy the sun on the adjacent lawn. In high season entertainment is organised for all ages. Furthermore, the campsite has playground equipment and several sports fields.

Delicious pasta

You can buy basic necessities from the small shop as well as fresh bread. There is a large restaurant with a good choice of pizzas and pasta dishes, which are very popular. The sanitary facilities are modern and are well maintained.

Convenient by bus

From the campsite there is a direct bus connection to the beautiful historical town of San Marino or the Italian Rimini beach.

Liked - Sehr nette Rezeptionsmitarbeitende. Hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend.
Der Platz liegt etwas weg von San Marino, aber die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt oberhalb des Platzes. Tickets kann man an der Rezeption kaufen. Leider war weder der Laden noch das Restaurant offen. (Vorsaison)

Sehr schöner ruhiger Campingplatz, in Terrassen angelegt!
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bus direkt vor dem Campingplatz , fährt direkt hinauf zum Centrum von San Marino, sehr sehenswert.
Sanitär klein aber gut, geschlossene Räume, sehr angenehm zu dieser Jahreszeit! Wir waren 2 Nächte am 27.April hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Die junge Dame an der Reception war sehr freundlich. Die Sanitäranlagen sind eher neu und sauber. Die Stellplätze sind unter Bäumen gelegen und mit Hecken abgetrennt.
Der Bus in die Stadt hält 50m vor dem Camping,die Tickets können an der Reception gekauft werden.
Abends findet eine Kinderdisco statt, was für Begeisterung zu sorgen schien. Da die Disco nur bis etwa halb elf dauert, stört auch die Musik nicht weiter.

2ter Aufenthalt von: 28.06 - 01.07.2020:
Auch während Corona super Betreuung, Sanitäranlagen sehr gut.
Campingplatz sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Altstadt geeignet.
Restaurant auch sehr gut.
Preis-Leistung gut bis sehr gut.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

2nd stay from: 28.06 - 01.07.2020:
Also during Corona great care, sanitary facilities very good.
Campsite very suitable for trips to the old town.
Restaurant very good too.
Price-performance ratio good to very good.

Wir waren Anfang September 2021 für vier Nächte auf dem CP. Der Platz selbst ist tatsächlich so gut, wie in vielen Rezension schon beschrieben, deshalb brauche ich das hier nicht zu wiederholen.
Aber zum Umfeld des CP möchte ich noch einige Infos geben. Der CP liegt durch einen Einschnitt/Tal getrennt, gegenüber einer stark befahrenen Straße nach San Marino. Deshalb hört man immer ein Grundrauschen, an das man sich aber gewöhnen kann.
Woran man sich aber nicht gewöhnen kann ist der Musiklärm, der uns in zwei unserer vier Nächte nicht schlafen ließ. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung des CP einen Open Air Veranstaltungsplatz, auf dem abends ab 10 Uhr Musikevents stattfinden, die sehr laut anmoderiert werden, aber dann noch lauteren Musikkrach produzieren. Vor allem die Schlagzeugbässe sind durch keine Ohrenstöpsel aufzuhalten.
Das geht dann bis zwei Uhr morgens.
Wem das gefällt, der ist dort richtig, aber uns hält das davon ab, nochmals zurück zu kommen.

Liked - Wir waren wegen des Besuche von San Marino auf diesem Campingplatz. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Für größere Wohnmobile und Gespanne gibt es einige größere Stellplätze. Es gibt eine Poollandschaft, Spielplatz und ein gutes Restaurant (evtl. vorher Platz reservieren). Der Bus nach San Marino hält direkt vor dem CP und fährt direkt bis zum Haupttor, super.
Disliked - ein kleiner Kiosk wäre nicht schlecht
