Didn't rate it as it was not ACSI price so just gave facilities as 1 star , I do not think they should be stated on the app if they are not giving ACSI rate.
This is a tiered campsite. Take care to ensure you adhere to the size restriction posted at the turn off on the main road. Once you are on the road to the site it’s quite tight. We were camping and had a good choice of sites with shade. There is only one toilet block which is on the top 1/3 rd of the site. It is immaculate and lots of hot water. Welcoming hosts. Store is a bit thin, but that may be because it was early season. Pool was closed don’t know when it opens. Restaurant is OK basic food home made.
We would stay again. About 15 min walk to bust stop for Granada.
Camping Granada was a lovely relaxing site. The panoramic views of Granada and Sierra Nevada were beautiful. The light changed the colours of the mountains as the sun went down. The showers and toilets were spotless. The staff / people running the site were very approachable and were lovely. The restaurant only improved the views across the valley . We cycled 4 rides from this site and totalled 140 miles in a week. Each ride was different. With mountain climbs, dirt tracks, city navigations, dry open plains , a real experience. Totally recommend this site.
We loved this site - it was perfectly located for getting into Granada by bus and whilst the campsite roads were steep (I.e. To the restaurant and the pool) it was worth it for the stunning views! Washing facilities were spotless, the whole site was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful.Probably one of our favourite sites this trip and we'll be back for sure.
