We stayed in October so it was not busy. The sites are flat with easy access. Each site has electric and the possibility of water and grey drainage on site. Staff brisk and pleasant. Facilities are clean well stocked if slightly dated. Small shop. Bar and restaurant closed for winter. Near main road but not too much noise. Recommended.
Level gravel pitches, good toilet facilities, good dog walk around the site. Getting to and from the site from the motorway was a little tricky through the village mainly due to parked cars, there are some tight corners. A good stopover site, will use again.
Stayed one night en route to Toledo from the south. Cash only for payment. A lovely campsite with big shady plots, water and electricity on each site. Small shop sells bread, wine and basics. Let down by poor facilities - no loo seats, some toilets very dirty and small old fashioned sinks for washing up. On the plus side, lots of hot water. A big plus was the lack of mozzies and flies which have plagued us in other recent campsites! Would stay again for an overnight visit.
Overnight stop - not many campsites in the area so this is a useful site. We were nearly put off by some reviews, but we found it a perfectly acceptable site. Friendly welcome; facilities not new but clean; plenty of space in a pleasant wooded setting. Would stay again.
Stayed overnight the site could be fabulous the location beautiful. The restaurant forget I’d have to be starving to eat there again. The food is better than the service which is dreadful.
The pool is lovely just needs a good clean like much else on the site. Such potential such a waste.
Strange site could be so good. They give you a pitch number only to find it occupied, this when the place is just about empty.
Beautiful pool but needs a good clean. Don’t bother with the restaurant they certainly won’t both with you. Expensive and awful.
Only stayed one night but found the site very good. Very reasonable price water on every pitch electric include in the price. Will definitely use again.
Usefully placed just off the autoroute however the "welcome" was nonexistent. Trying to pay by card was declined. The facilities were barely ok - dated and due for a real clean. The surroundings are very nice indeed and there was no real noise from the autoroute. We'd use it again as an overnighter but only because there is nothing else in the area.
It is a one night stop place really. The shanty town of static installations seems to fund the local team who were seen baiting traps for wildlife on site at 2330 on the same day that the ACSI inspectors were encamped opposite me!!!
The toilets are superficially clean but feaces in one corner of a shower certainly put me off the place. I will never return. Yuk!
