Onze ervaring met de camping
ACSI-korting in het laagseizoen is een mooie meevaller.

De camping ligt rustig in een schitterende natuurlijke omgeving, met kliffen en prachtige stranden. Vanaf de camping loop je via een trap direct naar het strand.

Je mag zelf een plek uitzoeken. Er zijn zowel grote als kleinere plaatsen op een prachtig gazon – vaak met een schitterend uitzicht op de kliffen en de zee.

Wifi is gratis, maar alleen beschikbaar bij de bar, het restaurant en het terras.

Er is geen wateraansluiting op de staanplaatsen.

’s Ochtends is er heerlijk vers stokbrood te koop. Ook worden er pizza’s verkocht (zelf niet geprobeerd, maar ze roken erg goed!).

De supervriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse doet in het laagseizoen bijna alles in haar eentje. Complimenten daarvoor! Helaas is dat ook terug te zien in het matige onderhoud van het sanitair:

Veel spinnenwebben bij de ramen,

Insecten aanwezig,

En je kunt beter niet te goed kijken naar het putje in de kleedruimte.

Het toiletpapier wordt niet altijd bijgevuld. ’s Ochtends leeg en ’s avonds nog steeds (dan maar een ander toilet zoeken – lastig als je al zit).

De douches zijn prima.

In de twee dagen dat wij er waren, hebben we niemand het sanitair zien schoonmaken.

Conclusie
Een prachtig gelegen camping met veel charme en potentie, vooral dankzij de locatie en de vriendelijke eigenaresse. Wel verdient het sanitair meer aandacht, zeker als het drukker wordt.

  • Via the A8: follow the E-70/A-8 to the AS-23 in Tapia de Casariego. Take the 495 exit, from the E-70/A-8, 7 min. (12.0 km). Continue on the AS-23 to your destination. Campsite is signposted.
