This was a one night stopover at the end of a 3 week tour on way back to Santander. Unfortunately the worst of the trip. Lady at reception was helpful enough especially when we advised her there was no electricity on the pitch, quickly resolved. A large part of the site was taken with seasonal pitches, not in the best of condition and felt more like a shanty town. Roads not fully gravelled resulting in soggy areas and puddles after the rain, definitely need a torch at night! We pitched in the area through the gates which was nice and open but only a little fence between pitches. No bread available available in the morning until 10.00 by which time we heading north through the stunning mountain scenery. Whilst the wash block was clean and with hot water some of the cubicles had broken tiles and generally looked shabby. Oh and don\'t forget to gather your toilet tissue at the end of toilets prior to use!
The only highlight was the good wine at a good price in the modern bar.
Would not stay here again.

Second visit a year after the first. Four night stay. Lovely staff, very helpful receptionist with good English if you need it. Sanitation block spotless with plenty of WCs and showers. Recommended, we will return.

Lovely camp site. Very busy seasonal site but has a field around the back where we stayed which was quiet. Toilet facilities very clean. Pool lovely with a lifeguard and Aqua aerobic classes. The bar was very friendly with good pub food. Not the friendliest reception. Navarette was a small quiet town with a few bars and restaurants. You can get a bus to Logrono frequently from town. M1. Stop opposite Banca Espana (green stop) on the way back. Great for Pinxos.

Out of season visit so facilities closed. Receptionist at best surly and not interested! Bar very good, modern with a beer friendly lady on the bar! Pitch was I've used and muddy. Handy for Logrono and local church is a must for the baroque altar.

This was a stop over campsite but really would have rather found somewhere else. It was ok but just, it was just a nowhere place. It was too far to travel to anywhere to eat or visit. We didn't really unpack, just stayed the night and moved on early in the morning. We wouldn't return.

An excellent stopping off point after arriving in Santander. Facilities, washing, showers, toilets, were very good, and many were making good use of the pool. Easy to get to, and from, the motorway. Will certainly use again.

Wonderful site, friendly, well maintained and an easy 20 minutes walk into town. Nothing to dislike and would happily stay again. Wifi available on our pitch.

We picked this site in order to visit the Rioja region. However the access roads to the pitches were loose pebbles and as my wife is disabled it was difficult to walk and using the wheelchair was impossible. The large ablution facilities were first class for able persons, we were given a key to a separate disabled unit but despite spending considerable time with the controls were unable to obtain hot water. We only stayed one night of a planned seven.

We stayed for 3 nights on our way south. The site was super, and staff great. The shower block is modern and warm, and was very well maintained. Pitches were double size as we were allowed to use 2 as it was quiet. There are lots of residential caravans which are mostly untidy, but very few were occupied in April.
The are is very nice, and Navarrete wonderful to walk to in 15 minutes. Do not miss a visit to the local bodegas ! :-). Enjoy :-)
