Camping site Bellavista is situated slightly south of the Spanish town of Aguilas. You can smell the sea air from this camping site: only a coastal road separates the camping site from the beach and the sea. You also have a clear view of the sea because of the slightly elevated position of the camping site. Plenty to do for the entire family with entertainment and a beautiful swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a trendy bar where you can also buy meals.
Camping with shade and privacy
On camping site Bellavista you have a choice of 65 camping pitches of varying size (60 to 80 m²). These have a fine gravel surface and are separated by hedges and trees for privacy.
Rental accommodation is also available on the camping site. You can spend your holiday in wooden bungalows or mobile homes, all suitable for two to seven persons. In spring the camping pitches are covered with canvas sheeting to create shade.
Swimming fun on the camping site and in the sea
Overall there is an amiable atmosphere on the camping site. If you are looking for a quiet stay, you can choose a pitch at the far end of the camping site. Despite the peace and quiet there is enough to do. For instance, in the attractive swimming pool (100 m2). There is also a separate jacuzzi and a small toddler pool. You can of course also relax and swim in the Mediterranean. The beach and sea can be reached by crossing the road in front of the camping site.
On the camping site there is a variety of play equipment, a table tennis table and a jeu de boules pitch. No inspiration at the moment? The entertainment that is offered is suitable for all ages: from young children to adults.

Menudo timo. Nos quedamos de piedra. El trato fue pesimo.
The men's showers have no hot water after 8.00 AM! The water seems to be heated by solar power and if you want to shower you have to get there early! Thus the site did not suit me. All pitches are very small. The location however is excellent for motor caravaners who can cycle both to the town and the local supermarket.
Spent two nights here 3 motorhome squeezed together in my opinion we would have been better staying 500m down the hill on the Aires more room . The site looked unkept showers and toilets not dirty but lacking a bit of t l call the pitches tight to get in and out off. Shop expensive. Will not be going back to this one in a hurry.
The place has good facilities. However the staff does not speak spanish and it is quite inefficient and slow. In addition in the reception there was a lady, probably the owner or similir, who was all the time talking and was quite annoying. In addition she was extremely racist and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place
Site disappointing expecting to be closer to the beach. Although some pitches large feel very enclosed and quite a few annoying flies probably because the bins are not emptied regularly. Toilets not cleaned as regularly as would have liked. Quite a few repairs needed in showers, door locks not adequate, shower pressure pathetic or tearing your skin off and hot water not constant. No hot water to wash up nor wash/shave, even when complained of no hot water was told they must have turned it off, they never turned it back on. Shop very expensive even for bottled water! Snack bar also expensive. There is one good restaurant nearby but not always open. Town is a long walk especially in hot weather and local bus didn't turn up one day to get us back to site. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi best thing about this site and although sign says no children in Jacuzzi they were in there. Frankly surprised this is an ACSI recommended site.
A previous posting is incorrect. We are on this small, very pleasant and friendly site at present. They certainly do accept ACSI discount card and they say they will continue to do in 2016.
Dated camp site. Toilets clean and water hot. The building tired, holes in the tiles, every handle broken on toilet and shower doors, one shower door panel broken. No bar or restaurant open in winter months, not until Easter. There is a restaurant 50 metres from the site, which is closed on Mondays, and only open for lunch. Notice says the kitchen is closed from 7.30pm, or could be hours earlier depending on his mood. Shame, cuisine excellent.
We stayed for 3 nights. ACSI card was accepted but we had to pay quite a lot of extras, i.e. extra electricity, trailer, extra dog etc and pay in cash! Although we found them very helpful, it just missed for us. The handles on all the toilet and shower doors were hanging off, the pitches were quite tight to manoevre onto but the view to the sea was lovely and you can walk to several beaches. It is on the outskirts of the town so you need a bicycle or car to get to Aguilas itself.
Small site, pitches ok but some tight to access. One toilet block with dated but clean facilities. Cycle ride or half hour walk to town. Good garage with GPL (LPG) as well as fuel just up the road.
This site is not allowing ACSI discount despite having an ACSI sign in the window and being on the ACSI website. The receptionist was adamant to me and another person checking at the same time. This site is lovely but very expensive and very misleading.
