Campsite Torre la Sal 2 is located on the Spanish Costa de Azahar, famous for its orange blossoms. South of Peñiscola and only 3 kilometres from the small beach Oropesa del Mar. Agricultural fields are typical for this area. The peaceful village is separated from the highway by mountainous hinterland. The region is sparsely populated in comparison with other coasts in the country. Therefore, it is also a great area for beautiful biking trips. There is a beautiful wooden cycling path going along the beach. A short bus or car ride south takes you to the beautiful city of Valencia.
Bronze, silver, or gold camping
The campsite is crossed by narrow or wider streets that take you to the three different types of camping pitches. The ‘Bronze’ pitches have a surface of up to 70 m2. On a silver pitch, you have somewhat more space, approximately 70-85 m2, and a golden pitch offers more than 85 m2.
Enjoy luxurious swimming pools
Swimming fans can choose where they go swimming. There are no fewer than three swimming pools across the terrain and they all have disabled access. On the edge of the campsite there is a Caribbean outside pool with fountains, Jacuzzis, and comfortable deckchairs. In the middle of the pool there is a bar with a small terrace that can be reached via a footbridge.
A little bit farther, there is the Torsal swimming pool, which consists of two pools, one with children’s entertainment. There is one more swimming pool that can be covered with a sliding roof during the winter months.

One of the best campsites we have stayed on for cleanliness and standards must be one of the best managed sites the facilities not marked we didn’t use but they looked to have the high standards of those that we did score also security excellent. The town was a new holiday resort not our scene but again looked good for people wanting a resort holiday good for walking and cycling
stayed at this campsite for about a week in January 2017, it is divided into two, beach side and other side, we stayed on the other side.
GOOD:- very clean hot showers, great laundry and washing-up area
nice flat reasonable size plots with an outside sink on
good free wifi
free yoga and swimming
great for walking dog on beach
A lot of over winterers here, but I can see why. It was the best site we stayed on, I can not find anything negative to say about it
Great camp site good sized pitches most with shade, fantastic pool complex great for kids and adults, walking distance to beach 2 bar restaurants ,staff very helpful and friendly we will return on next visit to Spain
Very busy camp site even in October. A big favorite with Germans. Many stay over winter. A little too crowded for our liking. Wifi very good and free all over site. Pitches are a good size, some your exposed to the people behind you. Not the easiest site to maneuver around once inside. It sited next to a massive holiday city which is practically empty but very well kept. Beach good.
We stayed at Torre la Sal last winter and will be returning this year. We found the staff to be helpful and the facilities, which were free, wonderful. For a winter stay this is outstanding value for money. If you want a smart, well run site you need look no further. cheap and an all inclusive price is to our mind wonderful value.
The Camping Torre la Sal 2 are scammers. We had a few days of vacation and decided to use the ASCI for another campsite . We chose the Salt Tower 2 in Ribera de Cabanes (Castellón) . ASCI 's information, as well as the campsite we found a few days in September would be a good idea. All good until it came time to pay . We paid too much for two adults and two children. Turns out I had taken the kids like high season, the most expensive. As it was late and were leaving the next day, we thought of going in the morning before marching to discuss what we think was a mistake .
The next morning the front desk told us that we had as much off the ASCI , had to charge children to high season , 7.32 € night , that is, as if we had been the 29/7 to 18/ 8 and not low season price . Outraged told him it could not be , that if they did not ch
Excelente trato por parte del personal del camping, parcelas amplias y con facil acceso, buena sombra por arbolado o sombrajos, sanitarios muy limpios. En resumen, un camping muy recomendable y con una excelente relacion calidad-precio.
I've been visiting this camping for a few years and though far from the beach area received improvements. It has not happened in another area. With a few modules of ancient baths. Very high prices.

For instance, one dog is included in the rate (if dogs are permitted in general), but it is likely you will need to pay extra for a second or third dog. One hot shower per person per night is included, but you may have to pay for a second hot shower. This does not imply that all amenities not in bold are free! Some may need to be paid for.
