Camping Santa Monica is located in Raron, in the stunning Rhône Valley in the Swiss canton of Valais, a region filled with high mountains such as the Aletsch Glacier and picturesque alpine towns. The campsite is an excellent starting point for outings to the glacier, the Simplon Pass and the towns of Zermatt and Saas Fee.

Neatly maintained site
The campsite offers well-maintained annual pitches and tourist pitches in three categories, including five-star pitches with private water connection and some with private toilet and washing facilities. There are also mobile homes available, with free wifi on all pitches and in the accommodation.
Lots of fun in the water
A sunny swimming pool and a paddling pool offer lots of water-based fun, and the Löübbach, a stream behind the campsite, is ideal for children to play in. Furthermore, there is a playground, sports facilities, an indoor recreation room and an entertainment programme in the summer.
Own restaurant and shop
The campsite restaurant serves a mix of international and regional dishes, including Swiss specialities. There is a supermarket with a wide selection, including the possibility to order fresh bread, next to the restaurant.

There are two well-maintained toilet blocks with individual washing cubicles, a baby area and facilities for the disabled.

There are numerous walking routes and cable cars in the area, as well as an impressive suspension bridge at Raron.
