Les Îles campsite is located in the Morbihan region, in the south of Brittany. This is a 5-star luxury campsite in an ideal location, right on the beach and five kilometres from the village of Pénestin. From the campsite you have direct access to the beach, so swimming in the sea is always an option. There are also several beaches nearby where you can look for sea creatures and shells.

Comfortable camping ... with sea view!

The pitches are mostly flat, grassy and well delimited by trees and hedges. Most pitches have a lot of shade. The pitches with panoramic sea views, which can be booked at an extra fee, have more sunshine.

Playfully designed swimming paradise

The large and heated swimming pool is one of the showpieces of this campsite. This is a playfully landscaped lagoon including a whirlpool and a paddling pool. Water fun is guaranteed here thanks to the family slide and the lazy river.

Top shows and sporting entertainment

In addition to swimming, there are many other opportunities for sporty entertainment. In the high season, for example, sports tournaments are organised on a daily basis. Camping Les Îles also offers a varied entertainment programme. Children can register with the children's club to show their singing and dancing skills on stage. There are also regular concerts, magic shows and themed meals.

Feast on local specialities

Next to the swimming pool you will find the charming restaurant. The menu consists mainly of local specialities with seafood and shellfish. Traditional meals such as meat dishes, salads and pizzas are also available. Furthermore, this campsite has a small supermarket with the most necessary groceries.

Liked - De dame aan de receptie was erg kortaf en een goede reis of vriendelijk woord was er niet bij/ de heggen rondom de plaatsen hadden ook wel wat netter gekund /
Disliked - het zwembad was steenkoud, had niet het idee dat nog verwarmd was...een grote tegenvaller

Liked - Direct aan de kust
Disliked - Dat het zwembad pas om 10.00 open gaat. Zou fijn zijn als ouderen eerder baantjes konden trekken.
Op de plek waar ik stond, direct langs de rand waren allemaal kleine vliegjes, daar kan de camping zelf niks aan doen, maar ik vond het heel naar

Liked - Het zwembad was goed en de ligging van de camping direct aan zee was prettig..

Disliked - De accommodatie was niet 5 sterren waardig. Er was geen airco in de accommodatie en het meubilair en de bedden waren oncomfortabel..
Toen wij 1 dag op de camping waren, werd de winkel, het restaurant en de bar DEFINITIEF gesloten. Voor een 5 sterren camping is dit onacceptabel. We hebben ook geen (gedeeltelijke) restitutie van onze reissom gekregen. Dit zou je wel verwachten, omdat Chadotel haar beloftes niet is nagekomen. Wij mochten verwachten dat er een winkel, een restaurant en bar zouden zijn die gedurende ons ver blijf open zouden zijn.

Liked - Fijne omgeving, direct aan zee. Goed uitgeruste camping. Voldoende en proper sanitair. Mooi zwembad, wel wat klein voor het aantal gasten. Vers brood s morgens. Lekkere pizza.
Disliked - Kampeerplaatsen klein en gevoel van op elkaar geplakt te zijn.
Animatie tot s avonds laat nogal lawaaierig.
Camping straalt weinig charme uit.
Heel duur!! Te duur voor hetgeen het maar is.

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

Camping ligt aan een prachtig stuk zandstrand. Door de rotsen in het water, is het voor jonge kinderen veilig om te spelen. Het klimbos in de buurt is fantastisch en het mosselfeest in Penestin was ontzettend gezellig.
Wat we erg vervelend vonden was de herriecultuur en het grote aantal honden op de camping. Er is een hoog gelegen disco/podium waar bijna iedere avond van 21-23 uur hard muziek gespeeld wordt. Niet fijn met jonge kinderen die je voor 22:00 uur wil laten slapen. Ook hebben meerdere campinggasten een radio aan van s\'morgens 7:00 tot 23:00u. De animatie op het sportveld schalt zijn muziek over de camping. Daarnaast zijn de plaatsen krap, waardoor mensen dicht op elkaar leven. Met een allergie voor honden tussen veel mensen met honden was dit niet fijn. Tot slot is het zwembad niet verwarmd, waardoor je enkel in de hete namiddag lekker kan zwemmen. Eerder sta je met de harde wind met 28°C al snel te bibberen van de kou. Er zijn weinig schaduwplekken waar je heen kan op de camping of de naaste omgeving. Om die reden en voorgaande ergernissen zijn we met een hittegolf eerder vertrokken van de camping dan geboekt.

De camping is wat ons betreft het meest geschikt voor mensen met wat oudere kinderen die van veel zon en geluid houden en hun hond mee willen nemen.
