Camping Parc de Fierbois is a family campsite on a recreational lake, just south of the Loire Valley in the Indre-et-Loire department. Adventure trail, tree houses and water park: here you'll find everything you need to give children a fantastic holiday. Enjoy a comfort pitch with private sanitary facilities, a game of pool in the bar and dive into one of the swimming pools.

The A10 takes you via Tours through the Loire Valley, where you cross the Indre just under Tours. At Sorigny's, you trade the A10 for the D910. Then drive south for another 15 minutes. The last part you drive on a narrow road through a forest. When you pass this road the gate of Camping Parc de Fierbois appears. The receptionists speak English.

Camping

You can choose a comfort pitch, situated on the shady edge of the forest or a spacious touring pitch on lawns with a more open character. Some pitches have private sanitary facilities, for extra luxury. Part of the communal sanitary facilities will be renewed in 2018.

Entertainment for the whole family

In addition to chalets, mobile homes and gîtes, you can also rent a tree house. Also adventurous for children is the climbing course at the lake. The lake itself offers all possibilities for anglers and water sports enthusiasts. The children can have even more water fun in the water park on the campsite. Deep and shallow pools run into each other here. The bar at the water park has a spacious outdoor café and there is often live music. The bar has a games hall with a.o. pool tables. There is also a separate restaurant and an extensive supermarket on the campsite.

Liked - Wij hebben het erg leuk gehad op camping Fierbois. Onze kampeerplek was erg ruim en had zowel zon als schaduw. De kinderen hebben heerlijk gezwommen in het binnenbad, buitenbad en het meer. Ook de stormbaan op het meer was een succes.

Liked - Leuk en gezellige vakantie gehad. Vooral in het meer met een stormbaan vonden onze kinderen leuk. En leuk zwembad natuurlijk.
Disliked - Ongeveer helft van de wc's waren niet in gebruik. Ook vaak beperkt warm water met douche en afwas.
Vooral douche en afwas zijn wel punt van aandacht.

Liked - In augustus met 30 graden op deze camping was genieten: groot buitenbad, rustig binnenbad en lekker zwemwater in het meer. Er was vaak live muziek in de avonden wat wij erg leuk vonden, en ook de minidisco en schuimparty waren goed verzorgd. Bij de supermarkt waren elke dag heerlijke verse broodjes, een goed assortiment en aardig personeel. De omgeving is prachtig en zeker de klimparken in Chinon zijn aan te raden! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Disliked - Het animatieteam sprak helaas geen Nederlands. In de 1e week konden de oudere kinderen vertalen uit het Engels, maar in de 2de week niet, waardoor onze kinderen niet mee konden doen. Er waren op de camping weinig speeltoestellen, behalve tegenover de winkel. Een zandbak dichtbij de tent was fijn geweest. Daarnaast was het warme water in de douches en bij de afwasplekken vaak op en waren er te weinig toiletten voor het aantal campinggasten waardoor daar vaak een rij stond en het niet altijd even schoon was. De vuilcontainers waren ook vaak overvol. Er waren ook veel storingen met PIN-betaling

Liked - Aangenaam verblijf in Parc de fierbois. Mooi gelegen in de natuur. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Accomodatie: nal het nodige aanwezig. Zwembaden en meer top voor de kids!
Disliked - De bedden. Animatie s avonds begon te laat. Meer variatie mogelijk in animatie
