In the southern French region of Languedoc-Roussillon, among endless vineyards and olive groves, lies the brand new de l'Olivigne Flower Campsite. This beautiful campsite is within walking distance of the medieval town of Bize-Minervois. Here, you will enjoy peace, conviviality and lots of water fun in the ecological swimming pool and the river Cèze.

Beautiful and new campsite

As you drive onto the grounds, you immediately notice that this is a brand new campsite! Everything is new and beautifully laid out. The roads are good, the sites spacious and easily accessible, and the plumbing is probably nicer than at your house. All camping facilities such as water, electricity, power and dirty water disposal are nearby. Spend the night in your own camping equipment or in caravan, lodge tent or hiker's hut.

Kids club, social evenings and excursions

In high season, the campsite is mostly visited by families from all kinds of countries. Fun activities and games are then organised for little ones between the ages of two and eight. Families know how to find the playground, sports field and table tennis table. For the adults, there are cozy evenings where meals are eaten together. You can also opt for a guided excursion to Bize-Minervois.

Chlorine-free swimming

What is a camping vacation without water fun? For that, you'll be fine at the de l'Olivigne Campsite. There is a fine, ecological outdoor chlorine-free pool. This is because the water in the pool is naturally purified. Directly near the campsite also runs the river Cèze. You can have fun swimming, paddling and clambering over the rocks here. You can find even more water fun in the village of Bize-Minervois, within walking distance of the campsite. Here is a charming outdoor pool.

Liked - Très belle région, bon accueil, ce camping a été défavorisé par la pandémie mais il deviendra un très beau camping accueillant et confortable
Disliked - La panne de chaudière : 5 jours de douche froide sur les 10 jours de notre séjour, c'était vraiment désagréable.
Le sol des emplacements qui est pour le moment trop caillouteux et inégal

Liked - Camping qui vient d'être ouvert, avec une ambition 3 étoiles. Certes les travaux n'étaient pas terminés du fait du covid, mais l'enthousiasme du patron et sa disponibilité, ont été appréciés. Sinon le bloc sanitaire est superbe, la piscine est avec une eau naturelle... Nous avons aimé ce camping.
Disliked - Bize minervois est un joli village avec une plage. Les marchés des alentours sont à faire avec ses producteurs locaux

Liked - Kleine, mooi aangelegde camping met zeer vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar.
Disliked - Ligging tegen het oude dorpje met genoeg faciliteiten. Restaurantjes, kleine supermarkt, bakker en zwemmen in de rivier.

Liked - Enthousiaste camping eigenaar die klaarstaat voor zijn gasten.
Er zijn georganiseerde activiteiten maar zijn niet hinderlijk aanwezig.
Disliked - Het ontbreken van een voetbalveldje.

Liked - Mooie grote plekken, prachtig zwembad met ligweide, sanitair super modern, nieuw schoon. Aardige mensen, is nieuwe camping dus moet nog e.e.a.afgemaakt worden. Maar aanrader, heerlijk genoten van de rust ook.
Disliked - Wat wij missen is een buitenkraan en wasbak, even snel emmer water pakken of iets vies omspoelen moet nu allemaal binnen. Zo beschadigd alles heel snel.

Liked - Mooie grote plaatsen met veel privacy. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, klantgericht.
Disliked - Te veel grote tot zeer grote campers. Lijkt af en toe wel een parkeerplaats van een busbedrijf. Lawaai airco's.. Maar dat is tegenwoordig op veel campings het geval. Het campinggevoel verdwijnt hierdoor. Jammer.

Liked - A very warm welcome from the Manager. He explained various activities on the site. The first pitch we were given was not suitable and he allowed us to change straight away. We often saw him during the day always with a cheery smile.
Disliked - The swimming pool was Bio-Mineral and I presume because of this chemicals were not used. Unfortunately the steps to the pool were very slippy and dangerous to use and there was no handrail. I complained to the Manager and he sent the maintenance man to clean them but they were no better. Other people also were not happy about the steps and one gentleman slipped badly in front of us. I think that this problem needs addressing before there is a nasty accident.
