From Caen, the N13 takes you north via Bayeux to the Cotentin peninsula. You drive through a flat landscape with a lot of forest and scattered picturesque stone houses. Once you've passed Valognes, it's only half an hour to the campsite, where an enthusiastic couple will make you feel right at home at camping de la Plage.
Between flowers and trees
The touring pitches have been carefully laid out between the flowers on beautiful lawns. Special are the wooden cabins and the spacious glamping tents. Furthermore, there are forty places reserved for regular guests, mainly French. They are all friendly holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet and small-scale conviviality. The touring campers come from all over Europe to enjoy the calm life on the coast. Just four hundred metres from the campsite you'll find a quiet sandy beach. There you can sunbathe or take a dip in the sea.
Small and intimate
On the campsite you'll find fun playgrounds, a mini golf course and a court to play jeu de boules. The recreation room has a friendly bar with tables and chairs. The modern sanitary facilities are very clean.
