Les Cyprès campsite is located in the French department of Vendée. This family campsite offers more than three hundred pitches and ninety mobile homes. The entertainment team provides plenty of amusement in high season. The Jaunay river runs along the campsite. The cycle path along the banks takes you to the town of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

Lovely camping

The well-maintained grounds of the Les Cyprès family campsite offer a total of 334 pitches. The pitches vary in size and offer the possibility of staying overnight in a tent, caravan or motorhome. The campsite also offers 90 mobile homes, with two or three bedrooms. The pitches are separated from the accommodation. The sanitary facilities on the campsite are neat and tidy and are also suitable for families with children.

Entertainment for the whole family

In high season the entertainment team provides a lot of amusement. They organise a kids club four times a week. Children quickly make new friends and do lots of fun activities. There is also a recreation room and a bouncy castle. Furthermore there are disco evenings. Adults are not forgotten either. In high season the entertainment team organises a programme for them twice a week. There is also a fishing facility at the campsite and various cycling and walking routes have been mapped out for sporty campers.

Heart of the campsite

The central point of the campsite is the outdoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is sheltered, by pine trees. There is also plenty of space to enjoy the sun on the sun deck. Next to the outdoor pool there is also an indoor pool.

Liked - Wir kommen sehr gerne hier her; der Platz liegt sehr angenehm und schattig im Pinienwald, der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit (durch die Dünen direkt nur ca 600m), sehr sauberer und absolut familienfreundlicher Platz. Personal ist sehr engagiert und nett, es wird einem immer sofort bestmöglichst geholfen und auf unsere Befinden eingegangen. Auch in der Region gibt es Verschiedenes zu erleben.

Liked - Tolles Team. Sehr nett. Englisch sprachig. Zum Teil auch deutsch.
Schöner Barbereich. Tolles Abendprogramm. Live Musik!!!
Vernünftige Preise. Super Lage.
Disliked - Strandzugang in Dünen erleichtern (Weg befestigen).

Liked - Toller Bereich rund um Restaurant mit Schwimmbad, Spielplatz usw…. Hier ist man gerne.
Disliked - Leider werden wünsche zum Platz nicht beachtet bei Buchungen die im Januar getätigt wurden…. Platzzuordnungen sind meist nicht (für uns) nachvollziehbar.

Liked - Eigener Strandzugang über die Dünen. Fast leerer Strand, auch in der Hauptsaison.
Disliked - Steg zum Strand, da der Weg sehr mühsam ist.

Liked - Das Mobilheim steht an einem schönen, schattigen Platz. Kein Durchgangsverkehr mit Autos. Im Mobilheim war die Matratze im Eltern- Doppelbett leider durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung war für Camping okay- ein paar Teile fehlten uns. Steckdosen für Handys laden o.ä. fehlten uns auch. Alles in allem aber für einen Campingurlaub ausreichend.
Disliked - bessere Matratzen im Doppelbett

Liked - Der Campingplatz liegt direkt an den Dünen, nachts konnten wir im Camper das Meer rauschen hören. Toller Poolbereich - für Kinder und Erwachsene geeignet und als Alternative zum kalten Atlantik super! Spielbereich und Snackbar waren toll und der kleine Einkaufsladen mit frischem Baguette und Croissant konnte mit der Auswahl und den sehr fairen Preisen überzeugen!Wir konnten 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern richtig gut entspannen - klare Empfehlung!

Liked - die Lage, die immer freundlichen Menschen und eine wunderbare Kombination mit Bar/Pool und vielen Möglichkeiten sich mit wenig Geld zu amüsieren. Auch das Abendprogramm war immer TOP
Disliked - Die Abfrage ob ein Kind zur Kinderanimation möchte und die Teilnahme dann zu begrenzen ist im Urlaub wirklich nicht erholsam.
So muss man sich pünktlich zu 9:00 aus dem Bett quälen NUR um Anzumelden, kommt man wenige Minuten zu spät hat man dies umsonst gemacht. Ich habe noch keinen Campingplatz erlebt bei dem dies so umständlich geregelt war. Bitte verbessern sie dies!

Liked - Der Platz liegt direkt hinter der Düne, die allerdings sehr breit ist und einen Fussmarsch zum Strand erfordert. Der Ort St Gilles-Croix-De-Vie ist sehr nett und an jedem Tag abwechslend Markt an einer anderen Stelle. Dort kann man sehr gut in den Tag starten.
Disliked - Die Anzahl der Toiletten ist stark ausbaufähig.
