In southeast France, in the Écrins massif, lies the cosy family campsite of Camping Au Valbonheur. You camp here in a very natural environment, so it almost feels like you are camping in the wild. With swimming lake and private beach and sport opportunities. The camping is situated at the foot of the French Alps. From the highway it is approximately 45 minutes' drive through a green and mountainous region. You will be welcomed with a smile by the owners and employees. The proprietor has owned this campsite since 2015 and does his utmost to make this a real quality campsite.

Special camping between the trees

You will find spacious pitches for your caravan, camper or tent amidst trees, brooks and greenery. The generous pitches ensure a peaceful holiday. In addition, Camping Au Valbonheur offers very special accommodation to stay in. For instance, tepee tents, huts on stilts and igloo huts. You can also spend the night in a chalet or mobile home for a slightly more luxurious feel. This campsite is mainly frequented by families with young children.

Own beach

Camping Au Valbonheur is situated alongside a small lake with private beach with loungers for camping guests. This lake is suitable for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. On the beach you can have a game of volleyball. Children will love the soccer field and the inflatable bouncers.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Liked - Première vacances avec notre bébé de 3 mois. Camping au top ! Très bon accueil, sympathique. Camping très calme et reposant (dernière semaine d'Aout). Equipe réactive quand nous avons eu un souci avec le gaz.
Emplacement du camping parfait, avec petit lac entouré de belles montagnes. Accès à une partie de la plage réservé au camping.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!!

Liked - Vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Middel grote camping met grote plaatsen. Prive sanitair was prima. Ligt aan n mooi meer voor zwemmen en suppen
Disliked - Weinig te doen op camping in september. Heel rustig. Geen winkeltje. Kleine supermarkt in dorp.

Liked - Accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée au camping. Site magnifique. Super WE en famille et entre amis retraités (1 camping-car, 1 tente et 1 cyclo-tente cote à cote). Visite du musée de la mine & baignade le samedi, repas partagé à l'abri des gouttes sous le haut-vent de la cycle-tente. Nuit hyper calme. Location de VTT et remarquable randonnée le long du canal sur le GR50, le dimanche matin. Merci infiniment à l'équipe d'accueil pour son soutien après la chute de l'une d'entre nous (les glaçons ont été particulièrement appréciés pour limiter la douleur et l'inflammation !)
Disliked - Peut-être rajouter le prêt d'un kit de réparation de crevaison avec la location des VTT (heureusement que nous avions prévu le coup)?

Liked - J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner au camping le Valbonheur pour un mariage. Le site est juste magnifique, le camping est super bien entretenu, les emplacements bien organisés et certains logements sont insolites. Cerise sur le gâteau : le patron et ses équipes sont aux petits soins. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
