Very nice site. Personally I prefer marked out pitches but there was plenty of room. There was water, dish washing and chemical toilet facilities near the place for tourers but the toilets and showers themselves were a long way off. One comment mentioned not very dog friendly. We did not find this, we had to walk our dog off site but it was not a problem, and she was allowed in the restaurant/bar area with us. And on the following two campsites we also had to walk our dog off site.
Stayed here for 5 nights at the end of April. Great pitches, plenty of space but not seperated. Very friendly staff. Easy access off the autobahn and close but did not get disturbed by traffic noise. Close to a large retail park for shopping. The site surrounds a large lake which I imagine would be beautiful in the warm summer months, ideal for swimming. Easy access to Bremen via nearby bus if required. About an 80 metre walk to the toilet block from the touring area but i did notice some units pitched near to the toilet block if walking is an issue. Permanent caravans on site seemed to be well mainted unlike some that spoil a site, these certainly didn\'t
We wish we could have stayed longer, the only bad comment is not very dog friendly. Other wise very good camp site, will stay again
Lovely site in pretty location, very tidy and clean. Helpful owner, small amount of touring pitches. Handy for visiting Bremen.
