This idyllic and peaceful nature campsite is located on the Jabelscher See and near the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heath Nature Park in Germany. This multifaceted part of northern Germany is a great destination for hikers and cyclists. The campsite is located directly on a lake with a beach where you can swim. GenussFerien, Natur und Strandcamping offers beautiful pitches with a view over the lake. Relax on the lovely terrace and enjoy a drink, cake or a dish from the small menu.

Under the trees by the lake

The large camping area looks nice and is beautifully situated around the lake. There are several camping pitches on the shore that offer a fantastic view. The larger pitches in the middle of the campsite provide less shelter, but this also gives them a more spacious feeling. The sanitary facilities were built a few years ago and are neat and clean. If you visit the campsite without your own tent or caravan, you can stay in a rental caravan or rent a holiday home.

Swimming and watersports

You can walk straight from the campsite onto the beach by the lake. In addition to taking a dip in the water, you can also enjoy all sorts of watersports. Fancy an adventurous canoe trip? You can rent canoes at the campsite and explore the Jabelscher See from the water. Or sail along the banks of the bison reserve and the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heath Nature Park. Here you'll pass through extraordinary and untouched nature with rare animals such as bison, eagles and kingfishers. You can also rent a pedal boat, a rowing boat or a stand-up paddleboard.

Travelling party: Couple

Super schöner Campingplatz. Schön gelegen. Alles da was man braucht. Wer Ruhe braucht ist vorhanden. Sanitär immer sauber. Gut zum Wandern, Kanu fahren, Rad fahren. Eine Reise wert.

Jederzeit zu empfehlen

Wir waren die ersten 2 Wochen im September 2023 auf dem Platz. Plätze sind ausreichend groß und gepflegt. Die Sanitäranlagen neu und sauber. Teilweise mit offener Außendusche, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sogar angenehm ist. Es gibt aber auch Sanitäranlagen mit innenliegenden Duschen. Wir hatten unser Schlauchboot mit Außenborder dabei. Die Slipanlage ist eben und gut zugänglich und war für uns hervorragend zu händeln. Liegeplätze können gegen ein angemessenes Entgelt gemietet werden. Brötchenservice ist ebenso vorhanden, wie ein Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen zu fairen Preisen. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Shop für das Notwendigste. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es allerdings etwa 13 Km. Wir haben dazu 2 Mal unser Womo genutzt. Fahrradwege gibt es genug. Auf den Seen zu fahren ist ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Wir waren 14 Tage mit unseren Kindern auf dem Campingplatz. Der Platz war toll, der See war super, wir konnten richtig entspannen. Wir hatten einen Wohnanhänger gemietet. War alles sauber und in Ordnung. Wir sind total entspannt wieder abgereist.

Sehr schöner Campingplatz, tolles Naturerlebnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
