In the hinterland of the Italian Riviera of Flowers, in the Liguria region, Delle Rose Campsite is situated near the village of Isolabona. This is a wooded and mountainous environment, from where you can see the foothills of the Alpi Marittime, the so-called Sea-Alps. The surrounding of the campsite provides opportunities for walking and mountain biking. And the sea is some 13 km away, hence beach fun is also within easy reach.

Nature all around

Delle Rose is a small-scale terraced campsite which may look confusing at first, but you will soon find your way around. Due to the different elevation levels and the rather compact pitches, Delle Rose is mainly a campsite for tents. Cars are not allowed on the pitches and have to be left in the parking area. Mobile homes and apartment are also available for rent.

The campsite has a nice swimming pool in a sunny location (with a separate toddler pool) and a bar for a drink or an ice cream. There is also a restaurant with a wood-fired pizza oven.

In July and August there is an entertainment programme for young and old. In addition, the surrounding region of the campsite offers opportunities for walking and mountain biking.

Sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities, spread over several buildings, are modern and clean and offer unrestricted hot water.

In the region

Dolceacqua, at a distance of 5 km from the campsite, is an attractive medieval village along the Nervia river with an interesting 15th century bridge and a castle from the 13th/14th century. Fashionable San Remo (28 km from the campsite) and situated on the coast, is definitely worth a visit.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - Safari tent beviel erg goed. Pizza’s zijn heerlijk. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Weekend entertainment met muziek, hier moet je van houden….wij hebben ons vermaakt.

Disliked - Inchecken kost veel tijd. Zwembad was niet groot en kan druk zijn. Je zit op een half uur rijden van het strand, wat nog net te doen is. Mocht je niet de auto in willen ‘s avonds dan ben je aangewezen op de camping. Naar Isolabona loop je langs een doorgaande weg, wij vonden het dorp niet bijzonder.

Liked - Kleine camping met Italiaanse sfeer.
Disliked - Douches koud, de warme keek je zo naar binnen vanuit de speeltuin, omgeving heb je ook snel gezien, restaurant matig en zwembad erg druk. We zijn hier twee keer kort geweest maar komen niet meer terug.

Liked - Mooie camping, goede faciliteiten, prachtige omgeving met veel groen, authentieke stadjes, de voor-Alpen aan de ene kant en de Middelandse Zee aan de andere kant. Al met al een goede week beleeft!
Disliked - Camping is duidelijk het niveau van 'charme camping' ontstegen. Alhoewel het karakter van de camping nog steeds daardoor gekenmerkt wordt is de infrastructuur niet meegeschaald. M.n. parkeren is lastig en, op de terrassenparkeerplek, ronduit onveilig.
Activiteiten voor jonge kinderen/jeugd rond het zwembad zijn aanwezig, maar er liggen veel meer mogelijkheden voor een activiteitenprogramma (gezinnen, sportievelingen, etc) welke nu nog onbenut zijn. Ook plek recht in de zon was niet ideaal, daar zullen we volgende keer beter op letten! Er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering

Liked - Ik werd heel goed geholpen door het personeel en die waren heel vriendelijk, de koffie en het eten was erg goed
Disliked - Ik vond het een erg drukke camping, geen handige douches en tot laat muziek.

Liked - Mooie opzet van de camping, verzorgde sanitaire voorzieningen. Er werd ons een ruimer appartement aangeboden binnen Margherita met n geweldige veranda en dito uitzicht! Heel welwillende Nederlandse begeleiding, maar duidelijk onderbezetting van personeel.
Disliked - Wisseldag zaterdag onderbezetting: lange wachttijden, pas 19u appartement schoongemaakt en konden we erin; topdrukte camping, teveel mensen om goede service te verlenen; enkele avonden optreden of karaoke, soms wel tot 100uur. Weinig last van in appartement.

Liked - Omgeving heeft een hele wisselende natuur, je kan zowel de bergen in als het strand opzoeken. Dit vonden wij erg leuk. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de plek en alle nodige faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Fijn dat er ligbedjes aanwezig waren bij het zwembad
Disliked - Omgeving qua dorpen/steden heel wisselend. Sommige plaatsen zijn vervallen. Hygiëne van het sanitair hield te wensen over. De grond van onze staplek zat vol met grote gaten. Je moet ver rijden om ergens heen te gaan.

Liked - Wij hebben genoten van de vakantie op Camping Delle Rose. We waren zeer blij met het zwembad en de mogelijkheid om iedere dag verse broodjes te kunnen eten. Het is fijn dat ze een vaste groep personeel hebben, dus na een paar dagen herken je iedereen en dit geeft wel een gemoedelijkere sfeer dan op andere grotere campings. Op deze camping staat kamperen en sfeer centraal.
Disliked - Er was op internet te lezen dat het een hele persoonlijke camping was, maar helaas hebben wij daar weinig van gemerkt gedurende de vakantie. Buiten de badmeester kwam de rest van het personeel erg gesloten over op ons. We hebben veel verkoeling gehad van het zwembad, het was alleen jammer dat het zwembad 1.90 diep was overal waardoor je niet even ergens rustig kon staan, ook was de rand niet fijn voor je handen, dus hangen aan de kant was je ook snel zat. In de avond werd er geen rondje gelopen door de eigenaren. Wij hebben voldoende zaken gezien die de eigenaren ook hadden willen zien.
