Camping Il Villaggio de GiuEle is located near Finale Ligure on the Riviera di Ponente in the Liguria region. It is an expansive, highly luxury holiday park with rental accommodation, a hotel and a campground (also called Eurocamping Calvisio). The park is located a few kilometres inland in a hilly area with vineyards and olive groves.

Luxury surrounding

The first impression is of the spacious, nice and clean campground. The camping area is flat with vegetation providing shade. The campsites are not excessively large and vary from 25 to 70 m2. Of the 120 sites, 80 have private sanitation. The communal sanitation is nice and clean. The rental apartments are in the form of a small village near the swimming pool. There is a spacious swimming pool with lounge chairs and parasols and a separate kiddie pool. At the swimming pool you'll find a bar and a Spanish restaurant which also has pizza on the menu. There is also an extensive supermarket with regional products and wine and olive oil from the estate.

Lovely holiday destination

The beautiful, peaceful environment and the many facilities make it possible to have a wonderful holiday here. The campground is located a few kilometres from the Val Ponci, which has many options for trekking on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. Finale Ligure is known as a centre for rock climbing. For the youth there is an activities team in July and August that keeps kids and teenagers busy with games and music evenings. Kids can also learn to ride horses on the campground. The beach of Finale Ligure is 3 km away.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Schöner kleiner Campingplatz mit gutem Restarant, Minimarkt, Bar (auch als Aufenthaltsbereich für Kinder geeignet) und schönem Pool. Fußballplatz und bisschen Animation. Mit dem Rad ist das Meer/ Finale Ligure in 5-10 Min erreichbar. Für uns war der Platz perfekt - als Ausgangspunkt für Bike- und Wandertouren.
Disliked - Das Netz über dem Fußball Platz könnte repariert werden - damit die Bälle nicht mehr zum Nachbar fliegen - wo man sie nicht mehr holen kann....

Liked - Der Platz, den wir reserviert haben, war nicht verfügbar, weil der Campingplatz erst vermasselt hat. Sie haben es uns dann als kostenloses Upgrade auf einen größeren Platz verkaufen wollen.. Direkt am Eingang am Tor, was wir nciht wollten. Als Alternative wurde uns ein „Angebot“ für einen Platz mit eigenem Bad gemacht, dafür sollten wir aber noch 17€ Aufpreis zahlen, Frechheit.
Unser Platz war also unter 2 Strahlern, neben der Müllentsorgung. Es war bis 00.30 Uhr mega laut, ständig sind Autos rein und raus, Motoren wurden direkt neben uns gestartet, Menschen haben laut geredet und geraucht.

Liked - Finale Ligure ist ein wunderschöner Ort am Meer mit unendlichen Bikemöglichkeiten (Touren radeln, Trails fahren,…)
Ein Besuch in der Altstadt Finalborgo ist sehr zu empfehlen: shoppen, Aperol trinken und bummeln ????…
Vom Campingplatz ist mit dem Fahrrad alles gut und schnell erreichbar!
Wir haben noch lange nicht alles gesehen und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder ??!
Disliked - Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr spartanisch, weil alles aus Plastik ist.
Die Toiletten und Duschen waren zwar größtenteils sauber, aber es fehlten Klobürsten und in den Duschen wären mehr Haken und Ablageflächen top!
Das Wasser war immer warm und es kam auch mit genügend Druck ????!

Disliked - Unser Platz war sehr nah an der Animation. Trotz nur sehr weniger Kinder (3-4) wurde das Programm gnadenlos durchgezogen! An Ruhe und Entspannung war da nicht zu denken!
