Camping Eden, a small-scale campsite, is situated in the Lagoni di Mercurago nature park. It is a fantastic location to enjoy a camping holiday by the water. Camping Eden is situated directly at the Lago Maggiore. This campsite has a personal and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for young families and seniors. The spacious camping pitches offer a splendid view over the water.
Camping pitches by the water
From the reception area, you first pass the permanent pitches before you get to the end of the camping with tourist pitches at the lake. The camping pitches are not demarcated and vary in size from 40 to 80 m2. The surface is grass, which is well-maintained.
Small campsite with many facilities
Camping Eden is the perfect place to indulge in water sports. How about water skiing, windsurfing, canoeing or just swimming? Leisurely sunbathing or paddling is possible on the private sandy beach with jetty. You can also cool off in the small swimming pool next to the reception. You can visit the restaurant with terrace for a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner. This offers a view of the small swimming pool with a slide for the little ones as well as a play ground.
The region is known for the diversity of breathtaking landscapes and a richness of art, history and culture. At a distance of 2 km from Camping Eden you will find Arona, a bustling little town on the lake. Here you can go shopping, relax at a side walk cafe on the boulevard or join the night life.

Very friendly site, well maintained and staff very friendly and approachable, food and drink at the restaurant is really nice with a changeable menu each day and other choices too, pool is lovely although if I had one criticism it could be a little bigger, other than that all good.
Site staff also dealt with all queries straight away, will def be back
We have just spent 5 nights here with our 8.4m motorhome out of season in April. We have virtually had the motorhome area to ourselves and are currently looking at glimpses of the lake through the trees. A lot of these lakeside sites place camping towards the lake, with the rear of the site taken up with rent paying statics, all in varying states of quality. This is no exception albeit neatly laid out and well presented. In April there are few of these season vans occupied and we have the run of everything. The English speaking owners are super and readily accommodated our oversized van, once I assured him I could manoeuvre it through the site. Facilities are spotless and comprehensive with a nice restaurant, not overcharging. At the current ACSI rate this has to be great value as we've spent more on a sosta without power, wifi and security.
A lot of trees on this site. Very small pitches in between trees. The toilet facilities were excellent with plenty of hot water for washing up. The centre of the site looked very overcrowded with very narrow roads which were un passable with a large unit.
