On the north coast of Sicily, near the picturesque town of San Marco d'Alunzio, lies Agricampeggio Alessandra. This small-scale campsite was built in 2018 and everything is brand new and ultramodern. On the spacious campsite you will find beautiful touring pitches.
From Messina take the A20/E90 towards Palermo and turn off at Rocca di Capri Leone onto the SP156. Turn right onto the SS113 and immediately turn left onto Via Zappulla (SS158). Cross the railway and turn onto Via del Mare. Agricampeggio Alessandra is already signposted in the bend. The campsite is directly by the sea, just past a small industrial estate. In one of the white buildings you will receive a friendly welcome from the owner.
Agricampeggio Alessandra has been renewed in 2018. There are 43 neat and spacious touring pitches on a pebble bottom. For tent campers there is a separate tent field. The pebble beach is next to the campsite. The sea water is clean and clear and you can swim here. In the distance you can even see the Aeolian Islands.
Each pitch has its own facilities: a drinking water point, electricity, waste water disposal and private sanitary facilities. Campers can make use of the communal barbecues, vegetable garden and bread service. The whole campsite has free wifi access. Every morning a shop on wheels comes to the campsite.
At Agricampeggio Alessandra you can book excursions to all sorts of sights in the area. Capo d'Orlando, the picturesque San Marco d'Alunzio and Palermo and Taormina are all worth a visit. You can also climb Mount Etna or spend a day in the Aeolian Islands.
