In the summer as well as the winter, Seiser Alm campsite is the ideal spot for a camping holiday in beautiful surroundings. You can camp on spacious pitches in the woods or the meadows, or in one of the wooden cottages, for a real Alpine experience. The campsite is very comfortable; in particular, the washing facilities are spa-like in their luxury.

Wooden rental cottages

It's the grassy fields that seem to invite you to unpack quickly and throw your shoes off. In the midst of all the green is where you'll find the spacious camping pitches (up to 1200m²), between the trees or on the camping meadow. You can also camp in a Forest Tent, a sustainable wooden tent in the woods, with high floors, tiled rooves, and panoramic windows. In need of some more luxury? Then rent a comfortable apartment in the 'Obermühle' house, or one of the 'Dolomite Lodges': spruce cottages with a large sun terrace facing the mountains, for a magical view. Perfect for families or just the two of you.

Nature's entertainment

Don't expect an extensive entertainment programme at Seiser Alm campsite: the campsite mostly offers relaxation and beautiful natural surroundings for people seeking peace and quiet. It's also perfect for families with (smaller) children. At the campsite, there's a natural playground with a petting zoo, and lots of activities focused on nature are organised for the little ones: voyages of discovery through the woods, swimming and climbing days, and golf lessons (there's an 18-hole course next to the campsite). The campsite is near the swimming lake the Völser Weiher (Lago de Fiè), so if you want to take a refreshing dip, or a boat trip with a view of the mountains, you've come to the right place.

Travelling party: Seniors

Liked - Mooi gelegen camping met een hoog voorzieningenniveau in prachtig gebied.
Disliked - Matige, niet erg vriendelijke ontvangst. In 1ste instantie kregen we een slechte plek toegewezen. Daarna wel hulp gekregen bij zoeken nieuwe plek. Centrale voorzieningen zijn mooi maar onpraktisch, want ver van onze plaats af. Restaurant is veel te duur. Sfeer op camping is wat mat. Seiser Alm is prachtig, maar ook hier lijkt alles toeristisch en commercieel voorgebakken. Eenmalig een aardige ervaring, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van de camping is al met al matig.

Liked - Clean, nice caravan spots with enough space. Nice view on a magnificent mountain.
Disliked - It is really odd, even ridiculous, that the swimming pool is closed in the early afternoon. For staying with kids on a camping in the heat of the day they would like to swim whenever they want. Also making a reservation for swimming in the late afternoon is something we didn’t expect and are not happy about.

Liked - The comfort and the professional staff. Also the possibility to take the bus to the Seiser Alm etc.
Disliked - More place for small caravans as we have and tents. Because between the huge campers you do not see the beautiful environment. Except at the C or D places.

Liked - We stayed in a lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Very nice to stay. Lovely place to look over the area.

Liked - Mooie plaatsen, goed sanitair, verzorgde camping, aantal plekken met fantastisch zicht op de bergen. Campwinkel met ruim en goed assortiment. Mooi terras bij restaurant.
Disliked - Voer geen tijdsloten voor het zwembad. Open het restaurant/terras in het hoogseizoen alle dagen en campingwinkel op zondag de hele dag. Open wellness ook in de zomer bij minder goed weer. Idee: organiseer DJ avonden/momenten op het terras.
