The Passeier-Meran campsite is located in the middle of South Tyrol’s mountains among green apple orchards. This Italian campsite at the foot of the Hirzerberg is surrounded by beautiful wooded mountains. The campsite is located just after the Jaufenpass. Not far away (10 km), you will find Meran – also called Merano.

Staying overnight on a family farm

You will find pitches between 80 and 100 m². They are neat and tidy. Scattered over the campsite are several trees, which provide the necessary shade. There are paved areas for campers. If you like to have your own bathroom, you can rent a private one. The campsite also has several renovated apartments in a family farmhouse.

Swimming with a view

After a hike on the Hirzerberg or a mountain bike ride to Merano, you’ll probably be ready for a nice swim! There is a small but cosy swimming pool near the reception. There is an outdoor pool, a covered area, and a children’s pool. From here, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. On the campsite, you will also find a wellness area for wonderful massages, a supermarket with local products, and a café-restaurant with pizzeria.

Up with the cable car or e-biking to Merano

Of course, you can enjoy hiking in the mountains. Take the cable car to Hirzer or visit the historical centre of Meran(o). You can also reach this city with an e-bike rented at the campsite. In the spa town, you will find Theme Merano, a wellness centre with thermal baths, saunas, and a spa. Great for a day of relaxation!

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Prachtige camping in het Passeiertal. Zeer net en schoon sanitair. Plaatsen met gedeeltelijk schaduw. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie campingwinkel. Dagelijks verse broodjes zonder reserveren. Lekker met het lokale spek!
Volop wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Pak de Hirzerkabelbaan of neem de Süd-Tirol Guest Pass (gratis) en reis met de bus naar Merano, Trautmannsdorf, Tirolo of Pfelders. Topcamping voor rustzoekers. Geen animatie.

Ein sehr schöner CP mit guter Infrastruktur und tollen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, gute Sanitäranlagen und ein schöner und beheizter Indoor- Outdoorpool. Wir waren im Oktober für 6 Nächte da und mussten 98€ für den Strom bezahlen. Das empfinde ich als sehr hoch. Ansonsten alles Top.

Schöne Lage, direkt am Fluss und Radweg. Seilbahn direkt daneben, Bushaltestelle auch. Restaurant, Laden und Schwimmbad sind neu. Restaurant sehr gemütlich und lecker, Schwimmbad innen und aussen. Freitags kostenlose Yogastunde. Auf oberen Plätzen hat man schöne Aussicht

Waren für einen Kurzurlaub hier, Personal - Mitarbeiter sehr nett, Hirzer Talstation Gondel direkt neben Campinplatz.
Direkt am Campinplatz Radweg nach Meran, Waalwanderweg nach Meran direkt am Platz beginnend, Bushaltestelle oberhalb des Platzes, Busticket wurde kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt

Sehr schöner Platz im Tal der Passer.
Direkt oberhalb ist die Talstation der Seilbahn.
Der Radweg von St. Leonard nach Meran geht direkt unterhalb des Platzes vorbei.
Sanitäranlagen modern und immer sauber.

Ein wunderschöner Camping Platz im Passeier Tal mit freundlichen und netten Betreibern. Der Kleine Dorfladen ist gut sortiert und mit allerlei Südtiroler Spezialitäten und normalen fairen Preisen. Auch das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Guter Campingplatz für Wanderungen. Für mich zu wenige Sanitäreinrichtungen und zum teil veraltet. Für mich kein 5 Sterne Platz. Entsorgung fürs Abwasser war unbrauchbar.
