One of the best campsites in Italy I have ever stayed at. Nice friendly staff. Well maintained and such a peaceful site. Can\'t wait to return next year.
We travelled for nearly 4 months around Europe and this is the only site we returned too in Italy.
Fantastic toilet facilities, Great pizza, the antipasti has a wonderful Tuscan salami.
The owners are lovely English speaking Italians and we wish them all the best for the future.
Thank you, we hope to return.
This campsite was a joy to stay at. The staff were very very friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming. The shower and toilets were AMAZING there was music playing, they were incredibly clean and had a special system that sterilizes the seat after each use (very clever). They were like toilets from a 5 star hotel I am sure. It made our visit a delight. The Pizzeria was delicious and reasonably priced. There was a play house with Ikea toys for younger children, a big trampoline, a swimming pool, ping pong and all sorts. Wifi worked great at no extra cost. Loved it here will visit again for sure, great for visiting The leaning tower of Pisa.
The best site found on our holiday in Italy! So peaceful up there after exiting the very busy, artic crammed motorway. The truly beautiful toilet blocks are a credit to the hosts who also run the delightful bar, restaurant and take-away. Well done both. We would have liked to stay longer but had a ferry to catch!
The toilets here are worthy of a mention! Bright modern clean and with music.... The site is delightful with stunning views. The restaurant does amazing pizzas all very reasonably priced. I
thanks so much for your message....... we are happy when people cross a nice Holiday at our camping, we are happy now even if we know that we had to make Others works... slowly we will do!!!!
Thanks so much

Step access road to this site, and step access to the terraces on the site, we wouldn\\\'t have wanted to do this in wet weather. The terraces themselves are flat an do not require level chocks. There are stunning panoramic views of the Tuscan hillside. Swimming pool wasn\\\'t yet open although dates in ACSI guide stated would be? Excellent shower/toilet/washing facilities - probably the best we saw during our 5 weeks in italy. It is an isolated site and payment by cash only. Staff spoke very little English but we got by.
thanks so much for your review, it is very important for us.
About the pool, sorry, acsi writes a date but the weather is very important.
People can pay also by credit card, maybe when you paid the machine was broken, in fact this year we had to change it.... sorry....

The most fantastic homemade pizza, best in Italy. Lovely friendly staff, lovely views and good tree cover, convenient for rail travel to Bologna and Florence. Quiet during the day and at night, (off the beaten track).
thanks so much for your reaction
we are happy you liked our pizza, really..........
thanks a lot

The owners of this campsite were so kind and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and Alexandra even took us to the station on her way to work. A half hour drive. She checked times of buses and we enjoyed an excellent pizza in the restaurant. Spotless toilets with hot water. We would go back.
thanks so much for your message, we are so happy.
It is very important because for us this camping and this work is our life we like it.
thanks a lot

The weather was not good when we were there which was a pity because the views were obviously stunning. The toilets and showers were spotless. Paper was provided, there was a sanitizing spray, there was soap and a hand dryer. There was free wifi at reception. The pizzas were as good as we tasted in Italy. Classic thin bases with lovely toppings. The bread made from left over pizza dough was quite special. This was Alfie's (our dog) favourite site. Outside the site is a disused road where we could let him off for a really good long walk. He was also very happy with the treats of ham which the owner kept giving him!
thanks so much for your message, really.
We are so happy that you crossed a good Holiday in our camping and we hope you can remember our camping \"La Futa\".
A very big kiss to Alfie, animals are the best.
thanks so much

Stayed here for 4 nights in August. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. The site itself is big with a good choice of pitches, most of which you seemed to be able to park at. The pitches are terraces so it can be quite a hike to toilets or pool.
The toilets were spotless and had music playing in them. The pool is smallish but was never crowded although the kids did complain that it was cold.
The site is essentially half way between Florence and Bologna and is about 10 minutes away from a toll motorway. If you don't want to pay to use the motorway then you have to drive along a lot of slow twisty roads to get anywhere, which is the sites biggest drawback - not ideal if you have kids that tend to get car-sick!
Good value pizzas from onsite pizzeria and generally good value for money. Well run, friendly site!
thanks so much for your reaction, this is so important for us.
We are joung and slowly we try to improve our camping because we love this work.
We hope this july we can finish the new toilets, because the winter and in particulary this winter was so hard because of snow. We want also to make a good work about the water of swimmingpool and maybe in 2 years, we are not sure, because of money, we would like to make a pool for children!!
Thanks a lot again for your message.
