Travelling party: Young couple

Liked - Liked the layout of the area and overall vibe of the place
Disliked - The hot water in our room just didn’t work, we asked multiple times for it to be attended to but wasn’t by reception. Eventually had to ask for a room change which was given, but too much of a hassle
