Der Platz ist direkt am Forgensee (mit eigenem Badestrand) mitten in den Bergen gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Königsschlösser Hohenschwangaus. Die Sanitäranlagen sind regelrecht luxuriös und immer sehr sauber und es gibt Spülräume, Wäscheräume, Kinderbäder und sogar ein Hundebad. Im eigenen, gut sortierten Supermarkt findet man alles was man braucht und es gibt dort auch Brötchenvorbestellung und Pizza- und Essensmitnehmservice sowie Kaffee und Kuchen oder offene Weine und Bier, was man auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick genießen kann. Das zugehörige Restaurant verfügt über eine sehr umfangreiche Karte mit bayerischen Spezialitäten über Pizza bis hin zu internationalen Köstlichkeiten sowie wechselnden Tagesgerichten je nach Saison und das Essen ist sehr lecker! Sowohl die Besitzer des Platzes als auch das gesamte Team, vom Platzwart bis zu den Kellnern im Restaurant, sind super hilfsbereit und freundlich und es wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Im Sommer gibt es ein super abwechslungsreiches Kinderprogramm mit Kinderbetreuung und verschiedenen Aktivitäten wie Kinderdisco, Ponyreiten oder Lagerfeuer und die Kinder haben zudem die Möglichkeit sich auf dem riesigen, liebevoll gestalteten Spielplatz oder den Sportplätzen auszutoben oder die platzeigenen Schafe zu streicheln. Bei schlechtem Wetter können sie im Kinderstadel mit Bällebad, Tischtennisplatte, Basteltisch usw. spielen. Es gibt einen eigenen Wellness- und Spa-Bereich zur Erholung und es werden verschiedene Aktivitäten wie Radtouren angeboten und Tips für umliegende Aktionen und Erlebnisse in der wunderschönen Region weitergeleitet. Der Platz ist barrierefrei und jeder Gast ist willkommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet und man merkt, dass die Angestellten und Besitzer jeden Tag volles Herzblut in den Platz stecken damit sich jeder wohlfühlt! Alles in allem der beste Campingplatz Deutschlands und absolut zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhiger Platz, freundliches Personal. Im Restaurant top Essen- Preis Leistung stimmt. Kinderfreundlich mit Kinderprogramm und Hunde sind auch willkommen. Im Shop gibt es eine gute Auswahl und Brötchenservice. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Rundum top, deshalb kommen wir gern jedes Jahr wieder.
