Camping Zocco is situated in the north of Italy, with cities such as Milan, Verona and Venice within easy reach. On this quiet camp site in a natural setting you can overlook Lake Garda from the camping accommodation or the camp site. Your camping pitch is situated beneath the olive trees on a terraced terrain. Many camping spots overlook the lake. There is electricity at your camping pitch. Furthermore, overnight accommodation is available in apartments, cottages, bungalows or in a luxury tent. Your neighbours are mostly families with children and senior citizens. Even with the tranquil setting, older children can keep themselves entertained at this camping, helped by the surrounding beach clubs.

Swimming

Camping Zocco has a swimming pool and a paddling pool for toddlers. The swimming pool is surrounded by deckchairs, allowing you to work on your tan. Swimming in Lake Garda is also possible. This can be reached via our own access to the pebble beach.

Sport and games

Sports enthusiasts can indulge in their passion at Camping Zocco, because the facilities include a tennis court, soccer field, beach volleyball court and the opportunity to hire bikes, mountain bikes and sailing boats. Adults can also join excursions that are organised by the camping. Children can enjoy themselves on the playground, at the ping pong table and with the animation programme.

But hold on.....Pizza!

You start the morning with fresh bread rolls from the camping shop. You can also visit them for any necessary camping items and holiday toys. You can enjoy international dishes and pizzas in the excellent restaurant/pizzeria. Finally, to finish off the day, you can have a drink in the bar.

Liked - die Ruhe auf dem Platz
Disliked - das "rausspritzen des gesamten Sanitärbereiches von 7.30 bis 9.30 Uhr...gerade um diese Zeit gehen die meisten Menschen zum Duschen oder Zähneputzen....auch das komplett alles und wirklich alles mit dem Wasserschlauch naßgespritzt wird ist nicht förderlich... es gibt schlimmeres - aber das hat ein wenig genervt - man kann natürlich wo man halt gerade steht in einen weiter entfernte Sanitärbereich gehen.

Liked - Toller Blick auf dem See, Campingplatz noch Recht leer aber schon top Wetter.
Disliked - Räume waren nach der langen Regenzeit noch etwas feucht. Die Feuchtigkeit ging aber über die Tage weg.

Liked - Der Campingplatz ist sehr sauber und auch die Grünanlagen sind gepflegt. Mehrmals täglich wurden die Sanitäranlagen gereinigt. Bei Anreise mit dem Wohnmobil sollten Urlauber - die in ihrer Bewegung (laufen) etwas eingeschränkt sind - eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit mitbringen um auch die Umgebung besser erkunden zu können. E-Bike oder Moped. Es ist auch möglich einen Mietwagen oder Moped/Motorrad auszuleihen. Allerdings sind die Anbieter etwas weiter weg.

Liked - Viele der Angestellten sprechen Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr vereinfacht hat.
Die Sanitäranlagen waren teilweise sehr neu und wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.
Der Flair mit den Olivenbäumen auf den Stellplätzen hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut - wenn hierdurch auch einige Plätze nur schlecht mit größeren Wohnwagen/Mobilen und Markise/Vorzelt nutzbar sind.
Vom Campingplatz kommt man sehr gut mit dem Bus in die umliegenden Städte, eine Haltestelle ist fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar.
Grundsätzlich ein guter Campingplatz und wir würden wieder kommen.
Disliked - Der Abschnitt am See und der Zugang zum See könnten etwas gepflegter sein, dass sieht bei anderen Plätzen deutlich einladender aus. Dafür war hier das Schwimmbad sehr gut.
Toilettenpapier auf den Toiletten wäre auch schön.

Liked - Die Ruhe die meistens gegeben war. An drei Nächten in der Woche hat man leider bis spät in die Nacht die Discomusik aus der Nachbarschaft gehört. Ansonsten war der Platz sauber und gepflegt, der Steg und der Zugang zum See war kurz und einfach. Die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Teenies waren ok. Wir sind hauptsächlich für das Wasser gekommen. Der Pool war auch schön. Es gab auch schattige Plätze um der Hitze etwas zu entfliehen
Disliked - Restaurant: die Pizza wR gut, leider wurde uns n einen Tag gesagt das nächste mal sollen wir bitte etwas später kommen weil der Andrang nicht so groß sei dann, haben wir gemacht dann hieß es jetzt gibt es keine Pizza mehr für außer Haus. (Obwohl wir um 19:30 da waren) das war schade. Klopapier auf den Toiletten wäre schön und eine Ablage auf der selben, und noch ein zwei Tischtennisplatten mehr

Liked - Die Lage direkt am See ist toll, die ruhige Atmosphäre super
Disliked - Dringend Klimaanlagen auch in den Villini am See, sonst ist das bei der Hitze nachts nicht auszuhalten
